However, it would behoove all authors of public documents, to Proofread the text they put out for the world to see. To not do so before publishing a document of any kind, is a disturbing trend in the publications of all type. It is a sign to us older crowd folks, that the author’s professionalism on the topic is suspect, whether it is a Blog, News Article, Documentary, and so on.
