I need a hiking harness with a handle for a 5lb yorkie with a 12 inch chest girth. yes, he hikes mileage. need the handle for when off leash dogs run up on us, as he things he’s 10ft tall and bullet proof and will go after anything invading our bubble.

I disagree that the harnesses discussed above are all particularly similar, but we’ll take a look at the Buddy Belt.

Pretty much all the harnesses listed are exactly the same. What about the Buddy Belt which happens to be the Cadillac of harnesses for dogs up any size, from the tiniest to the biggest, better than any on this list
